R.C.C. Frame Structure with steel and cement grade of
approved manufacture.
Plastering
Neeru finished internal wall and sand finished external wall.
Masonary
Externally walls 6" ThickBrick Masonry and internal walls in brickwork of required
thickness. Brick Walls using best quality, well burnt Bricks.
Flooring
18x18 Porcelano tiles in Living and 12 x12 ceramic tiles in all other rooms with
skirting except Terrace.
Washbasin
2 wash basins will be provided.
Windows
Powder coated windows 3 Track with stainless steel mosquito net.
Doors
All Doors will be commercial flush doors and will be oil painted.
Kitchen Platform
Black Granite auta upto 8 ft. Kitchen Platform with built -in sink and 1ft 6inches
high dado of glazed tiles to back wall only.
Toilets
Ceramic Flooring and Plain colour Glazed Tiles for dado upto 7' height. Hot and
cold Mixer Unit. Concealed soap dish shall be incorporated.
Electrification
Concealed wiring. All electrical fittings shall be of approved manufacture. Concealed
electrification with three and half point per room. One 15 Amp Power point in
kitchen, bath T.V. and Telephone Sockets in Living Room. Copper wiring of approved
grade and manufacture throughout. Provision for exhaust fan in Kitchen , Bathroom
and provision for Aqua guard in Kitchen.
Painting
Snowcem or other approved type cement paint externally and distemper
paint internally, with putty primer sealer coats etc. Oil paint (Semi Gloss)
on Doors, Door Frames, Railings, Grills, Colour as per Architects's selection.
Water Supply
Drinking water Tap in each flat. Ground water reservoir and overhead reservoir
Tank as per Architects's specification with pump arrangement and water level
controller. Additional Borewel water-supply for stand by use.
Lift
Lift will be Otis company with backup.
